Rules of the Road
TikTok Truckers is built on respect — for the road, for the community, and for the profession. These guidelines keep everyone safe and the platform strong.
Driver Safety — Non-Negotiable
Never Stream While Driving
Streaming, interacting with the app, or operating any device while your vehicle is in motion is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate permanent ban. Stream only when safely parked with the engine off or in a rest area.
No Distracted Driving Content
Content that shows, encourages, or glorifies device use while operating a commercial vehicle will be removed immediately and the account suspended.
Safe Parking Required
Before going live, confirm you are in a legal parking spot, rest area, truck stop, or other safe location. Roadside streaming in unsafe locations is not permitted.
Community Conduct
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any community member — driver, fan, business, or staff — will result in immediate account termination. No warnings.
No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Content or comments that demean individuals based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic are prohibited.
Respect the Profession
TikTok Truckers celebrates trucking culture. Content that disrespects or demeans the trucking profession, its workers, or the communities they serve is not welcome here.
Content Standards
No Explicit or Adult Content
All content must be suitable for a general adult audience. Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content designed to shock or disturb is prohibited.
No Misinformation
Do not spread false information about road conditions, accidents, or events in ways that could endanger other drivers or the public.
Authentic Identity
You must be who you say you are. Impersonating other truckers, public figures, or TikTok Truckers staff is grounds for immediate ban.
Age & Gifting Requirements
18+ for Gifting & Subscriptions
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase virtual coins, send gifts, or subscribe to a trucker. Age verification may be required.
No Solicitation of Gifts
Truckers may not pressure, coerce, or repeatedly solicit fans for gifts. Organic appreciation is welcome; aggressive solicitation is not.
No Refund Abuse
Chargebacks or refund requests made in bad faith after receiving platform benefits will result in account suspension and potential legal action.
Enforcement
Violations are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Consequences range from content removal and temporary suspension to permanent account termination, depending on severity. Repeat violations escalate automatically. Appeals can be submitted through the Help Center within 30 days of any enforcement action.
